CAE is hiring! We are looking for Writing Consultants, Academic Coaches and Course Tutors. Applications need to be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 22.
Center for Academic Excellence services are available to all Asbury University students as part to of their enrollment.
The Center for Academic Excellence is a central hub for various academic support services providing what students need to become confident, independent learners. Our staff of writing consultants, peer academic tutors, and academic coaches help students do better in their classes.
The Center for Academic Excellence serves students, primarily, through three different avenues: Writing Consulting, Peer Course Tutoring, and Academic Coaching.
All of our student-specialists are trained to lead group or individual sessions and aim to improve students’ general study, writing and critical thinking skills. Our goal is to help students have rewarding learning experiences inside and outside the classroom.
The center is located in Kinlaw Library, Room 139 and is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
