The following materials are available on microfilm for research in the Asbury University Archives:
The University Archives has microfilm of most of the issues of the New Era (1914-1925) and Collegian (1925-present).
The Archives owns copies of all but three of Asbury College’s bulletins going back to the 1890-91 school year, the institution’s first year of operation. (Missing bulletins are for 1897-98, 1900-01, and 1901-02.)
The Archives owns microfilm copies of the Alumnus (1928-1970) and Ambassador (1970-1999) alumni publications.
The Archives owns microfilm copies of the Asbury College Handbooks from1926-1995.
The University Archives owns microfilm copies of the Pentecostal Herald magazine, volumes 1-88 (1897-1976). The Pentecostal Herald was founded and originally edited by Henry Clay Morrison, who served as Asbury College president from 1910-1925 and 1933-1940. The magazine was a showcase for Wesleyan theological thought as well as a bulletin board for holiness camp meetings nationwide. (We also have digital scans spanning 1897-1951.)
The Archives owns microfilm of the following issues of the Wilmore Enterprise newspaper: 7/2/1914, 6/15/1916; 11/10/1939; 1/5/1940; 7/15/1920; 2/23/1922; 2/18/1926; 5/14/1926; 5/10/1940.
