Undergraduate students also need to confirm residence, select a meal plan and enter health insurance and vehicle information. Log into the Asbury Student Portal and choose: Financial Registration. Required choices will be printed in red until complete. Your choices will be saved as pending charges on the Term Billing Summary. There will be a $37 late fee assessed if Financial Registration is not completed by the first day of class.
*Payment plans may be adjusted for changes to charges or financial aid.
Payment in Full of pending charges is due by the first day of each term unless the student is enrolled in a Fall or Spring payment plan. The Term Billing Summary, available to students on the Asbury Portal, is the best source to determine the current amount due. For more information, see Billing & Payment.
The Student Accounts Office communicates with students using their Asbury email. Messages from our office are often time-sensitive and should be reviewed as soon as possible to determine if action is required.
