Join Asbury University for Chapel LIVE via Livestream

November 17, 2020

Chapel services are the heartbeat of Asbury University. They are times when the entire campus collectively comes together to worship, learn and soak in God’s presence. Thanks to new live video streaming technology, you can now join us and share in this corporate experience – no matter where you are across the world.

Starting today, Asbury University chapel services will be broadcast live on the Asbury University website (asbury.edu/livechapel) every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 a.m. Eastern during the semester.

We hope many alumni, family and friends can join us for the Worship Arts Advent Music: Longing for Christ chapel and our inaugural video streamed event on Wednesday, November 18 at 10 a.m.

The new video streaming technology was made possible by the generosity of those who gave to the 2020 Reunion Class Gift Project. In a year when much of our work and learning has moved online, these funded upgrades could not have come at a more appointed time.

“We are incredibly grateful for this gift that will allow our alumni and community to stay connected in a meaningful way, and more importantly extend Asbury’s reach and the gospel message to a wider audience,” said Dr. Kevin Brown, Asbury University president.

Asbury University is a Christian liberal arts university in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition, equipping students through academic excellence and spiritual vitality to advance the cause of Christ around the world. Our theological heritage is optimistic and our theology commitments are relevant. Through this 2020 Reunion Gift Project, Asbury University will now be able to take this optimistic, relevant message to the world on a regular basis.
