Dr. Kim Brockman joined the School of Education at Asbury University in the fall of 2019 as an assistant professor and she was appointed Associate Dean of the School of Education in her second year at Asbury. Prior to joining the faculty at Asbury, Dr. Brockman was principal at Warner Elementary School in Jessamine County for five years. Before her tenure as principal Dr. Brockman served in Jessamine County Schools as assistant principal at both East and West Jessamine Middle School, Curriculum Resource Administrator at Warner Elementary School, and school psychologist. She received her Ph.D. and Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota in educational psychology and attended the University of Kentucky for her principal certification.
