Noon – 2 p.m. | Equine Student Trainer Faceoff (Round 1) Bayless Arena (744 Shanty Hill Road) Opening ceremony, demonstration of liberty work training method, and round 1 of training. Two teams of Asbury student trainers will engage horses rescued from the mountains of eastern Kentucky in the initial steps of horse training in preparation to be ridden. Following the event, hayrides to Rainwater Arena will be available for the 2:15 demonstrations. |
