Asbury University is looking for a qualified candidate to fill their open Student EForms Developer position.

Job Details

Position: Student EForms Developer – Student Worker Position in the IT Services Application Development Team

The Student EForms Developer will utilize our Softdocs Form Builder tools to develop needed eForms and workflow routing for Asbury University.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn how to use our Softdocs Form Builder tools in order to create and route new eForms for various Asbury offices.
  • Work with individuals in various Asbury offices to gather specifications for new eForms (usually replacing existing paper forms).
  • Work closely with the Application Development (AppDev) programmers to develop and implement the new eForms.
  • Provide how-to instructions for the users of the new eForms.
  • Consult with and train individuals in offices who wish to learn to create their own eForms.
  • Track work in IT Services ticket tracking system or within proper IT Services documentation processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your AppDev staff supervisor.

Minimum Skills:

  • Responsible, Dependable, Organized, Efficient and Respectful
  • Eagerness and ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Basic knowledge of computer programming is preferred
  • Intermediate skills with computer systems (Windows, Linux, Mac) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • A minimum of 8 hours per week during traditional undergraduate Spring and Fall terms
  • 20 to 40 hours per week during the Summer term (40 hours required for Summer Housing option)
