Account Statements

Monthly Statements

Term billing summaries and monthly statements will be available exclusively online. Students will receive an email each month stating their statement is ready to view online. To view the monthly statement, from the Student Portal:

  • Confirm that pop-up blockers are disabled on your browser.
  • Under Financial, click View Monthly Statements.
  • Visit the provided link to open a new browser tab to TRANSACT (formerly CASHNet).
  • Your Statements will be listed under the box labeled “Your Statements”.

It is important that statements are viewed each month.

Changes could be made to the Student’s account throughout the semester, including but not limited to, bookstore charges, parking fines or changes in Financial Aid. Viewing the bill each month will keep all parties up to date and verify correct payments are being made.

Parent/Authorized Payer ID’s

Parents/Authorized payers must be granted access by the student to view monthly statements, set up payment plans or to make a payment. From the Student Portal:

  • Confirm that pop-up blockers are disabled on your browser.
  • Under Financial, click Set up Authorized Payer.
  • Visit the provided link to open a new browser tab to TRANSACT (formerly CASHNet).
  • Click Add New under the “Parent/Authorized Payer IDs” box.

Enter the required information. Before submitting, make sure the box regarding receiving emails and being able to view bills are marked as Yes.

The parent/authorized payer will receive an email from TRANSACT (formerly CASHNet) with instructions on how to log in. Parents/Authorized Payers will be able to log in directly to TRANSACT without needing access directly to the Student Portal.
