This allows you to choose whether to keep the payment portal available for viewing while you navigate throughout the rest of the system. You also may want to check to see if you have an additional toolbar that is blocking pop-ups, such as a Yahoo or Google toolbar.
Authorized Users: If you are still experiencing difficulty accessing the bill, you may want to ask your student for help changing the settings on your computer.
