Paul Stephens has served at Asbury since 2004, initially serving as a Resident Director of Trustees Hall, then in various capacities within Student Life before transitioning fully into the work of Effectiveness and Research in 2019. Hailing from Indiana, Paul holds a Masters in Student Affairs Administration and a PhD in Education Policy and Evaluation.  “The work of IR/E is centered around cultivating insights and supporting continuous improvement to our vast mechanisms of advancing the mission of Asbury.  What a gift to be able to serve in this capacity!”

Paul and his wife Kelly have four children, Elijah (13), Jacob (11), Charlotte (9), and Clementine (6).  Together they enjoy playing whiffle ball, adventures, and ice cream sandwiches.
