Session Housing Check-out time is 11 a.m. Late checkout fee will apply at the rate of $1 per hour per person for first hour, $.50 per hour for additional hours. It may be possible to pre-arrange a later checkout without a fee but must be arranged ahead of time.

Meeting Rooms/Activity Spaces

Meeting Rooms/Activity Spaces are available for a nominal fee to cover the expenses of HVAC, electricity, and general maintenance and cleaning. Please indicate the types of spaces you will need during your stay.

Discounts will be applied based on the number of guests and for returning groups. Quotes will be provided after submitting your reservation request form.
