WILMORE, Ky. — Asbury University was again named in the top 15 of Regional Universities South by U.S. News & World Report’s 2022-23 Best Colleges Rankings. Asbury’s No. 14 ranking of Regional Universities South is the highest of any other regional school in Kentucky.
“I am pleased to see Asbury University once again recognized by U.S. News & World Report,” said Asbury President Dr. Kevin Brown. “We work hard to provide our students with the best and most relevant, holistic education, so they are prepared not only for their first job but also their fifth job and beyond. Our aim is for our students to learn to think, live, love, and serve well. I am proud of the way our in-person and online education options equip our students, no matter where they are, to navigate today’s complex marketplace of commerce and ideas.”
U.S. News & World Report ranks colleges based on each school’s performance in several areas, including graduation and retention rates, undergraduate academic reputation, and faculty resources. A total of 1,500 colleges were ranked this year, and information for the rankings comes from the previous school year. Asbury earned other accolades, too, including No. 14 for Best Value, Regional Universities South and No. 18 in Undergraduate Teaching, Regional Universities South.
Asbury’s commitment to academic excellence and spiritual vitality encompasses a promise to develop all the areas of a student’s life. Its small class sizes, multiple new facilities, award-winning faculty, an engaged administration, and small faculty-to-student ratio make Asbury an excellent choice for students from high school Academy students through undergraduate students and into graduate studies — in person and online.
