Asbury's Social Science and History Department's biggest strength is the care they put into their students. Some of my favorite classes I've taken have been American Politics classes from Dr. Steve Clements or the history of Christianity and urban living under Dr. Alex Mayfield. These classes have not only furthered my learning, but have also inspired me to be interested in learning these subjects outside the classroom and to use my knowledge to work in journalism and political work."
Students in the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences experience the benefit small class sizes and access to faculty, extracurricular learning, mentorship and trips abroad.
