Carter Ferguson ’22 serves as a sixth grade math teacher in Woodford County and shares: “My experience at Asbury prepared me for teaching by allowing me to grow comfortable and confident in my own space. This was enabled through forming relationships with the plethora of amazing professors and embracing the tight-knit community that Asbury has to offer. Asbury ensures that you are ready to go outside of Wilmore and make disciples of the body of God, whichever and however that may look like according to your specific gifts and talents. I’m very thankful to have been an Eagle that has seen himself grow as a man and as a brother since stepping foot on campus in 2018!”
