Freshman Transfer Students are those that have completed 1-29 hours of university level coursework at an accredited university. In order for these students to be accepted we need the following documents of information:

Applicants must order the WES ICAP (International Credential Advantage Package) evaluation package and verified transcript. (BASIC evaluation packages will not be acceptable. You must order the ICAP.) If an applicant has completed post-secondary coursework, a Comprehensive Course-By-Course Report is required. When completing the WES Credential Evaluation Application, Asbury University must be selected as a recipient institution.
Applicants may access this service and submit a U.S. Credential Evaluation Application at www.wes.org/application/apply_now.asp.
Applicants are responsible for paying the Credential Services Fee of $195 USD for the WES ICAP Course-By-Course Evaluation, as well as the appropriate delivery fee ($7 USD for standard delivery for each recipient) to the World Education Services through the above website.
NOTE: Fees are not refundable and are subject to change. Under certain circumstances, additional administrative fees may be charged.
For those that English is their first language or have matriculated from a secondary education program taught in the English language and have maintained at least a “B” in an English class, may substitute the SAT or ACT exams for the TOEFL. These scores must still meet the minimum requirement for admission to Asbury University.
